Ok so I could not help myself, I find myself wanting to figure out how to make a double opening door. I did some trimming on the door to fit the opening, It will have a threshold and I will need to decide which room box they will be attached to, if its the hallway they open out and hinges will be on this side, and visa versa. I am using these hinges just to help me figure this out for now.

In most real houses I have been in, they open into the bedrooms. I'm thinking that it would look better if both bedrooms had the doors opening into them, rather than having both sets of doors open into the hallway. (Just in case you wanted another opinion)! :-)

When it comes to double opening doors, I've seen them open both ways, I went back and looked at the JP Morgan and largest room opened out but the library which also had double opening doors opened in. Not sure yet on this house, The views and not bumping furniture will help determine which works best too.

Love the doors. What will you do with the hinges? Do you paint them?

everything looks so real

Thank you  I planned to try and find more interesting hinges bronze or hammered bronze, these were the only thing I had here to test out my idea .
