Girls' Bedroom Canopy Bed

Wow! You must have quite the stash of hankies, laces, and towels and such to create all these beds. You have some interesting combinations. 

For some reason - since I was a child I saved vintage hankies and lace bits.  The tea towels I got - along with some lace- from my mother.   In the 90's I embellished vintage jackets with many of my saved bits and sold them.  Of course now I wish I'd saved more for mini projects. My linen hanky stash is almost gone! Church sales in particular are good places for finding vintgage handwork  around here.   

And that little bear found a great place to relax too.

Somebody did a great job creating that little bear - so perfect for the girls' bed.  Another lucky find.
