Since I forgot to take a before photo of the dining room cabinet which was so very plain and in walnut, I placed the walnut sideboard next to it in this picture.   It will give you an idea of what the cabinet looked like before I got out my paints and wallpaper to turn it into a shabby chic piece!    I may do something similar to the sideboard since it is also in the rather dark dining area.

Again, wrong description appeared so I am describing this now!  Since I did not take a "before" photo of the now shabby chic cabinet, I placed the plain walnut sideboard in this photo so you can get an idea of how the cabinet looked originally.   I will probably do something similar to the sideboard since it will also be in the dining room.   The tiny cash register is for the paying guests in my pretend B & B and Susan's Kitchen Cafe!
