Creamcheese

Just figured out to remove the wrong description and insert the correct one!!!!!!   This is a photo of my Garfield dining room with the new shabby chic dining room cabinet.   It really brightens up the corner of the room which was rather dark.   I just installed the LED battery operated chandelier which I switched on for this photo shoot.   Eventually the tables (small one I just finished making) and the chairs will be refinished in stain/paint.   The large round table will be decoupaged (I have a kit) and soon there will be a small table/wine rack on the far wall opposite where the staircase is.   More possible shabby chic to come perhaps?   Since this is a B & B and part of "Susan's Kitchen Cafe" with limited seating it will be by reservation only for very special dining!

Wrong description for this photo too!   This actually shows my dining room and the shabby chic dining room cabinet!   I just finished making the small round table and will have to stain/paint all the chairs and tables for my bed and breakfast dining room.   Since there is limited seating this is all by reservation only!!!!!!   I just hung up the LED battery operated chandelier and turned on the switch for this photo op!

Thank you so much for your comments.   I did a lot of research on how the Victorians decorated and got a couple of books on the subject.  It really helped and then I had to plan ahead while the ceilings were still flat and try to figure out what room went where all while everything was upside down.  If you look back at my earlier gallery pictures you can see the transition and how I got to the end result.
