45 Micro mini dollhouse

Somewhat of a tiny version of the bigger dollhouse - whimsical addition.  That silver box with the heart is unusual.

It's a charm, meant to hang on a bracelet. I cut the loop off. When closed it has all the doors and windows marked on it to look like a little square house. When opened it has the heart inside. It's silver and has a real diamond, and the lady had been selling them for $90 each. She was no longer carrying them in her store and wanted to get rid of the few she had left and was selling them for $10 each. I, of course, felt obligated to help her liquidate! 

How unique that charm is ! and so smart of you to help her liquidate her inventory.  Love unusual bit s like that. . .
