Custom door, continued - painted and framed

Very nice. Did you need to carve or sand down the areas around the windows to accomodate the thickness of the plastic?

Thanks!    If you click on the link in the description above, you will see the process.  There's also a link in the first line of the post to the previous steps.  I built the door in layers, and the middle layer is wood veneer the same thickness as the plastic sheet.  There are sections cut out to hold the squares of plastic sheet in that layer.

Can I copy it please?.........I won't of course but it is a very, very nice door Brae.......I like the colour too!
