I like being able to see the moldings and recessed panels of the hallway in this shot. the 3rd upstairs bedroom section here is not pushed up tightly against the stairway section here I can see some light between by the door frame

I don't know how you can part with this. It's such a unique piece of history. I understand the space and economics - I'm only speaking from the heart. You've done a fabulous job with this.

It will not be easy, I love this house and it cannot be replaced. I have had so much fun with it, wish I had the funs to continue working on it. The buyer just happen to make the offer at just the right time.
