I'm working on a blue bathroom. The basket is made with embroidery floss.

Wow, nice job! Did you have to stiffen it at all? Is there a tutorial anywhere :)

I wipe the interior of the finished basket with a solution of very watered down Alieen's Glue. I couldn't find a tutorial so I bought a book on miniature weaving.
