I tried to give a twist to the body, like cats wave around obstacles while hunting, but the sculpture kept falling on it's side, so I had to make it more subtle.

I love it! My DH's family had a black cat that looked just like this one when she was hunting- except she lost most of her tail sometime in her youth:)
