I found the perfect spot to display my Brookwood! -

I've started stuccoing the exterior of the Brookwood. This is going to take me some time since I need to have a very steady hand. I'm using a palette knife to put the stucco on with and it's very tedious. -

This was supposed to be a bathroom but we haven't found fixtures for it yet.. so it's a .. pink chair room -

We found this weird MDF/cardboard siding, several "slats" in one long sheet, it makes for quick siding jobs but doesn't hold the paint very well, I think it's going to take about 3 coats to look decent. The stonework will continue over to the side wall on the front of the house and then around the base of the sun room. -

IT's coming together, got the shingles on, trim around the roofline. The balcony door is hinged / functional -
