Shy Spirit
Thanks for the links, Pat - I don't order supplies online, but I just may have to start! What a great idea to have family peeking in the windows! I think many of us will "borrow" that idea. Your granddaughter's a cutie! She must be thrilled to have such a creative grandma. bmatson
[My hubby bought me my first house in 1970. It was a Greenleaf and I have forgotten the name of it. On the front of the house there was a porch on the second floor with double doors. Anyone remember this? Welcome to the forum, Pat. Your general description of your Greenleaf house sounds like a Beacon Hill (my first and current house). I can't wait to see photos of your work. Patches
Hi, I know it wasn't the Beacon Hill as I have seen that one. I don't think they make my first house any longer. Mine had double French doors for the entry way and a railed balcony with the same doors on the second floor but not across the entire front of the house. Only the same size as a double French door. It had a hallway and a closet under the stairway. The stairway was visible from the front door i.e. looking into the house from the open back, you didn't see the stairs.
