Help! I'm not sure how to identify this house (first house)

I recently got my first house! YAY! However, I am not sure what it is. It came with a catalog that has a similar-looking "Real Good Toys" Dollhouse, although it seems much smaller and it does not have a hinge opening on the back like mine does. I am so excited to work on this but I would love any information about its original state/intention.

It also came with a bunch of furniture (two trash bags full) a lot of which I DID find in the catalog that came with it. It was only 50$!

RGT made a couple of their houses in both 1:12 and 1:24 scale.  Yours looks like a Foxhall Manor to me.

That is the one I saw in the catalog! The only difference was the size and there is a window above the front door in the catalog, but mine has a balcony, and I don't think the front opens up in the same way. Mine has a 360 exterior and the back opens (photo in the fb listing)

The builder could have bashed it (thinking of Judith here).  I used to want a Foxhall until I started getting my hands on more Greenleaf kits after joining the building team.

It does look like Foxhall but I don't think it is. Foxhall's front bays open, these don't appear to. Looking at the FB pic that shows the top I believe the front is the original house (no clue as to what model) and they either built the two back sections and hinged them on or took another house split it and hinged them on the sides. Either way it is a wonderful find!

It does resemble a Foxhall Manor, but portions of it don’t look like it was a kit.

I agree, especially the trim pieces look to be real life size cabinet trim material but it works. 👌
