I want something that has dfferent colors, air dries hard but then over hardens really hard what have you used and what works well ?? havanaholly Posted November 3, 2022 Share Posted November 3, 2022 I use a dedicated toaster oven to bake my polymer clay items. Anna boils hers in water. You don't want to bake polymer clay in your oven you use for cooking your food because the polymer clay fumes are toxic. Polymer clay comes in colors, or you can color it using miniscule amounts of acrylic paints. There are also metallic polymer clays, but I haven't tried any of them.
