madtex1967
Hello Everyone, I've decided to downsize a bit more. I have duplicate kits and some I know I will never build. It's sad, but being realistic. I also know someone will be happy to see some of my stash cleaned out of the attic! Ha! Right now I plan on listing them on eBay Thursday the 16th. Message me if you are interested. I am still unsure of where my pricing will be. I was looking on eBay, and feel two that are on there are listed too high. Artply Granville - box is sealed Greenleaf Willowcrest - box is sealed Skilcraft Victorian Manor with Carriage House - box is sealed Model Homes San Francisco - I have 2 of these. One is in original open box, the other in a newer open box. 98% sure all pieces are in the boxes. I also have some house plans I will sell. I have several of the Architect's Choice and Dollhouse Domiciles plans. I may be listing more for sale once I get into the attic this evening. I know I have several room boxes that may go up for sale. Matt Edited June 15, 2022 by madtex1967

But I need to clean up and be realistic. I am keeping the really rare houses and hopefully will make progress on them in the future. I just started to get overwhelmed when I would see how much was in my stash! eBay user name: madnnola I did add several dollhouse plans - all rare ones. Including the Massive house from Shellie's Miniature Mania that she had designed and built.
