Sherry
I bought the bubble light jukebox ornament from Hallmark, at an estate sale today-still in the box and bubble wrap! So, I know some of you have wired these ornaments to light in your houses, but how do you do it? The instructions say, and the plug is made, to plug into a string of Christmas lights, but I hate to have to do that! Please tell me how you managed it! Rhonda from the Bluegrass
Hi, Sherry . . . I haven't done this, so I am just thinking what I would do - but, couldn't you just take one of the little light sockets that has a plug on it (the kind you buy to make your own lamps) and put the bulb into where the Christmas light usually goes, and then either hardwire or plug in the plug? It seems like a super-easy way to use these. I would probably just put an outlet into the tapewire & plug it in. That would be easier for when you need to replace the bulb - just unplug the whole thing, replace the bulb & the appliance, and replace. Sherry
I don't know enough about lighting to know how to do anything with it. Guess I'll take it to Roy and maybe he can fix it for me. I now have a Coke machine and a jukebox, and no idea what I will do with either of them!
