Grandma's House

While looking for something else, I came across the instructions for Grandma's House (kit 8911). My mother bought me the kit back when I was a teenager as my first house, but it never got put together and all of the pieces have been lost. However, the back of the instructions do include lumber dimensions, so I thing DH and I could still make it from scratch.

Has anyone ever built this house? Was it relatively easy o put together? How many rooms does it have? Are they a decent size? Any photos of the back/inside?

I did look up Woodland in the search feature, but only saw a passing mention of Grandma's house.

I know for sure that it was made by Woodline, because that is what it says on the bottom of the directions. It shows a picture of the front of the house, with front and side porch, but tells me nothing about the interior.

I found this post through an online search and althought it is an old post, I have some answers, and qustions. My wife was given "Grandma's House" for her birthday in 1976. It was manufactured by Woodline Products, Inc. 245 Adele, Villa Park, IL. The box was put into sotrage and we recently recovered it from the attic. The box and the components are in very good condition (most, if not all, still in the original plastic bags), and my daughters would like for me to build it with them. Unfortunately, the instructions are missing. I am fairly handy and would take this on with only the picture on the front of the box, but directions would surely come in handy. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a set -- I think I saw in the first post tha someone had a set...if it is the same house? Any help is appreciated.

Yes, I have the instructions to what I believe is the same house. However, I no longer have the pieces, so my husband is going to make the pieces for me as this was the very first dollhouse that I was ever given (although never put together). If you pm me your e-mail address, I'll scan the instructions and send them to you, it just may take me a day or so to do it.

Hello,

I bought one of these very same houses on ebay last Christmas. I've been unable to put it together because the instructions are missing. If anyone has any idea how I can get hold of a set, I'd be so grateful. Would anyone be willing to scan and email them?

Sincerely,

I have the full set of directions I can send you. All I need is an e-mail to send them to.
