The Brownstone - interior plan

Blondie mentioned something the other day that sent me way back into the blog archives. I ran across a funny plan I made up for the Newport in Word using clip-art. 
So, I made one for the Brownstone.
Lower level: garage, utilities, creative room. Perhaps our resident is an architect, or a painter, or a dollhouse builder...or all three and more!
The middle or main floor: living room, kitchen, foyer and mudroom/laundry. This is going to be fun! I never have builds with large enough foyers to do what I want in the way of decorating, but this mudroom will fix that!
The upper floor: bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. I love that cat in the lounge chair! Oh, do I have plans for this floor. Upper class all the way!
