JP Morgan Dollhouse 1/6 scale

This is certainly quite an undertaking on your part. Are you planning on restoring it or keeping it as is? Do you have plans, yet, as to where you will display it?

I am told it needs a few repairs mainly the dormers there is only one dormer left so that's the bulk of repairs, also one missing interior door and I think one missing window. I feel confident I can build new dormers. Also a little musty, so will carefully clean it up and/ or air it out, section by section. The seller also sent over $500 of 1/6 scale furniture that wasn't even listed with it. he said its high end. Once it here and I spend some time taking it all in, then I will know the direction I want to go. And where my ''collection'' will end up is yet to be known, but it all seems destined to be on display somewhere.

I'm excited for you... I'm sure there has been some trepidation especially when prices are more than expected... but Morgan is right, when would you ever get the chance to get a house like this again... just the history alone on this house makes it amazing. I am certain you will restore it to it's former glory... then add your remarkable Debora flair to it... and it will be a museum quality masterpiece....

I am getting exciting just reading these posts. Debora, if this house was calling out to you, which I am sure it was, then you deserve to have it. The end result is bound to be rewarding for us spectators, but it will be triple rewarding for you.
