I moved the chair out to sunroom this morning for coffee, all the dachshunds liked exploring the new space, afterword I moved the chair out fenced it off and left, then later I find Willie gazing out into the room, I think he likes it

Of course! With the low windows in the doors, he can keep an eye on the outside world -- the part often hidden from those who are vertically challenged. :)
