M and D 181 Posted September 12, 2013 Thank you. I am not finished yet but my husband decided to post our progress. We rehabbed my mother's partially done Pierce, working together. He did the building outside ; shingles, siding, gingerbread, steps and railings plus the base. I painted all the pieces, the landscaping which is not finished, the rewiring and am redoing the decorating inside. He did a great a great job rehabbing the stairs inside.
