The basic structure is the Loft kit from miniatures.com (this was their 2012 Creatin' Contest kit), though I made several modifications to it, including lowering the height by 5 3/8" and creating an angled front wall. The Deck is based on an original real life sized deck by Trex. The window wall lifts off to reveal the interior.
