The only "before" pic I have... This was from the Craigslist ad -- sad part is if you look at the top balcony you can see what I later found out was a melted ice cream bar -- exceptionally gross! Thank goodness I'm not too squeamish... From what I found out the woman had bought it at a yard sale and was intending to "fix" it up for her kids -- never happened and it just got more beaten up. She had initially listed it for $50, and then basically just told me if I could take it off her hands it was mine for free.
Great deal, because the basic structure of the house is nice -- but there has definitely been A LOT of work to get this to what I think of as decent! Bright side though, the inside of the house was untouched as far as paint goes -- just beaten up with a few broken walls here and there.
