crazy quilt

A work in progress crazy quilt, super fun. Ive never made one of these in RL but Ive always wanted to, I imagine by the time I get this one done a RL size one will seem easy lol...this is actually pretty easy too though. I really love doing the embellishing,with the little stitches,bows,lace,french knots thats the fun part;-) The hardest part is trying to keep it all somewhat in scale.

Thanks Kelly, this picture is kinda fuzzy. I envisioned doing ribbon embroidery flowers, but so much of what Ive tried ends up being too large to keep it to scale.

Thanks, yes its all handsewn, its time consuming (Im about 3/4 of the way done, after 3 days) but its the kind of work that is so (interesting? not sure if thats the word Im looking for) I lose all track of time. I love free form, free flow creative projects.
