Black bedroom - vanity detail

I've primed the whole room with black paint since the wallpaper is dark. The wallpaper is actually a shade lighter than this black paint, but it helps to see what the room will look like with the dark walls and lighter accents. I will be installing a wood floor, but I am planning to stain it darker than this unfinished walnut scrap.

The vanity really pops now against the dark wall.
