Maybe run it down the corner, and add some fancy dowels or trim to look like fancy columns in the corners?

You could make it like old time lights and run the wires through aluminum tubing you can find at the hobby store...then paint the tubing white.

You could make the toilet into one of the old-fashioned Victorian kind that has a pipe leading to a water compartment on top. Then lead the wires through the pipe up to the ceiling (and hide the upper part under crown moulding.
