Solution..... I am a happy girl again :)

Thankfully the shutters and "fancy" trim will hide my gaps... yahoo (they are just taped in place at the moment). I was able to carefully pop the trim off the four curved windows on the third floor so thankfully that problem has been resolved as well.... oh ya... I'm a happy girl again.

The egg carton bricks will be "greyed" up a bit... my mortar is grey... I can't wait for the paint to dry so I can seal and mortar :)

thank you... they are a little rough... but I was going for a "not perfect" look... I can't wait to see what they look like with the grout.
