No running water, but cola? Interesting. There is a lot of work to do in this room. The table needs to be blue-washed, the stove needs to be aged/antiqued, windows hung, curtains...but I love how it is coming together.

Kari Lynn,

I think I am going to do what my husband calls a dry burnish on this. Copper or brass oil paint, very dry on a cloth covering fine steel wool. To distress, color and burnish at the same time. Very "dry" process according to husband.

and when he is being a smart aleck he says to make sure I put little bits of resin "grease" on places with little pieces of bacon stuck in it! LOL!
