Audravery kindly mailed me some 'free to a good home' half scale items she had no use for.
She told me the lights don't work, but since I didn't electrify the Chantilly that's perfectly fine with me...I was dreading having to make faux light fixtures.
The oval tables are appreciated too, as I only have square ones and decided this morning as I was trying to figure out the living room furniture placement that I really need an oval one for the Chantilly....and I didn't have any silverware, so that will be used too.
Even better than the presents is that Audra told me she's going to be vacationing in the town I live in at the end of the month. We're going to get together one morning to have breakfast and do some shopping...I'm going to take her to my favorite toy store to peruse their miniatures. Plus I get to pawn off on her some of the 1/12 scale stuff I have and won't use, freeing up some much needed space in my bin of minis.
