3rd floor apartment

This is the smallest apartment in the building, so I combined the livingroom and kitchen/dining area into one space. I removed the partial wall to open it up a bit, and I also sealed up a few of the windows (only from the inside) to make more usable wall space.

What strikes me about this room is just how well planned it is. That in itself adds to the realism. Then you've got all these great finishes and textures on top of that. Wonderful!
