2nd Bath

Usually, I don't have enough paper to finish a job and must do something clever to disguise it. In this case, I just hated not accenting this cute little dormer (and hated cutting up a full sheet of British paper just for it). Since I was never crazy about the fact that this paper leaned towards violet, I found this blue moire to bring out the blueness of the paper and better coordinate with the floor.

I didn't trim the back wall paper properly in the corners of the dormer so there's eensy bits of mdf showing. I may cover this with a piece of trim or honestly, by the time I fill this with furniture, they might not show.

Long after gluing the window trim in place (and the girl's bed) did I realize I used white instead of ivory. No way I'm taking them down or even bothering to repaint by hand while its installed.

At least your hex windows are straight! :giggle: The previous owner of my PA didn't feel the need to line up the exterior and interior trims, and I couldn't get them out to fix it without damaging the windows. Now that it's done I kinda wish I had just torn them out and replaced them. Oh well.

Oooh, I hate crooked. When I first started doing this, I was a little more forgiving with myself if things were a bit "off" but now I'm pretty hateful with myself about it. There are still some things I'll allow if its just too insane to try and fix.
