I was told this house is from the 30's. It's Masonite, put together with screws. It's in very good condition for being over 70 years old.

I've thought of putting those little Calico Critters in this house. It's obviously made to be a toy and some of the little furniture made for them would fit. I have three little familys, bears, mice and beavers. With wallpaper and all it would be a cute house for them.
