Lots and lots of foam core and markings

Not even the display board size of foam core is wide enough for this behemoth. I'll end up having to piece sections together by using straight pins as dowels and lots of masking tape. Fortunately, the wallpaper inside and the exterior finish (whatever that ends up being) will fortify it.
