This is a gorgeous house! I went to the Greenleaf website look for it and they now have only a laser cut version. Have you had this kit for awhile, or did you find it elsewhere?

I just got the kit off of Ebay its an older model from the 90s. It was the last one still new in box with cellophane. $219 [ buy in now ] & free shipping. So I could'nt pass it up even though the windows amd doors are really out-dated. I had been browsing for magnificent structures and everything I had ever come accross with the terraces [ which I wanted bad] was beyond what I could swing at the time

The next day Greenleaf announced some new models and that they were bring back the Beaumont with improvements but I got a great deal
