Aida rug

Deb G

It's my first attempt at a kitchen rug that isn't my typical embroidery floss oval. I used Aida cloth that I think is intended for needlepoint, but I originally bought to imitate wicker for clothes hampers I haven't made yet. The green and burgundy are embroidery floss just stitched in straight lines, and the ends are narrow ribbon.
