Kitchen furniture

madsenmel

I'm not really going to set up the kitchen just yet...I'm waiting on a baker's rack and icebox to arrive, and the light's not in. But I've put what furniture I have in to see what it looks like. I was really disappointed--although I enlarged the kitchen by four inches, it wasn't enough to give me a scullery and still have room for the kitchen furniture. The sink, mangle, ironing board, and washtub should really be in the scullery, and the little chair is for the maid to sit on while she peels potatoes. Oh, well. Just a little bit of revisionist history, I guess. Plus, now I don't really even have a place for my mangle!
