Neat, didn't realize it was an old round house from long ago. It reminds me of a kit by I believe Real Good Toys. It was a circular room box much like this house.

Nice! I love all the old Renwal  (other brand names escape me at the moment) furnishings.  They look better here than in one of those old metal houses IMHO.

This is a 1948 house that is made of press board that you put together. It is renovated to as much of original as I can make it.

I only have 4 plastic pieces of Renwal - the furnishings are Plasco. Just wanting on some other prices to make us a complete collection. It is a rare historical piece. I read where this is post WWII - the tin shortages. I am speculating they used pressboard. Not a very durable material.

Ah ha I just went and looked at my beds. They are Plasco. I have those same ones, always loved the embossing on the bedspread. The tin doesn't last forever either. I painted over my mom's. It was a rusty mess and pictured in an album on here somewhere. Still threatening to trash it.
