No, this is from Ni Glo, artist Nicole Minnick. I collect as much of her art as I can get away with lol

Lol thank you, she's a porcelain painter and paints them before they're fired so they have that pretty soft look. 

Yours have the same pretty soft look to me.  :-)  Can't wait to see it with water.
