Finished table

MLI Designs

Here's the finished table. I'm not using these chairs. Just wanted to get a feel for the layout. I want to make linen Parson Chairs eventually.

and this light fixture, it's so wonky it's driving me crazy. I have to do something with it or change it. I love the look but it doesn't look perfect. BOOOOO!

Oh well done on the top.......looks really good!

So don't change the light fixture.......change the way it hangs!.......At that size it would be feasible to fix it squarely to the ceiling rather than hanging it.........you still get the interesting light it casts, you'll have more room over the table because it's raised and most of all it won't be 'wonky'!.........just a thought!

Did I say nice photograph?

I just clicked through all of your pics of this house. WOW!!!! Fabulous makeover, and you're very talented at bashing and making from scratch! What a wonderful house!! Can't wait to see how it continues to evolve!

You're very welcome! I'm in awe of your light fixtures and furniture. And the makeover of the interior. And the exterior! LOL! All of it! I never would have seen the initial pics of the house as a wonderful modern home! Great work!!

Really nice work.  I love the window shade, too.  What a beautiful rustic finish on the table.  And the parson chairs sound perfect, but these are very nice, too.
