I am getting close to finishing all but the roof of the ryokan.

Today I got all but the railings and shingled overhang done on the final extension. This is a view of the whole building open. It really looks huge sitting on my coffee table.

Love it Kathi...my eyes are drawn to that centre staircase. Really is s treat to behold!

That staircase will look better when I figure out how to attach the rest of it. There is another part for each level that goes up in the opposite direction from the landing, to the floor above.Since I don't want to attach each storey permanently, I need to figure out how to attach the stairs so I can still keep the levels so I can separate them. I may try either strip magnets, wax or velcro.
