Working on walls

I have been working on bay windows and walls, tonight the question has been to stain or not to stain. I began by staining some walls before they were glued together, then wallpapered , then wondered if the section of wall below and above the bay windows should be papered or not, stained or not etc. Decisions, decisions. Originally I wanted the light walls and dark floors like the JP Morgan house. well one bay is stained and one is not this pictured helped me decided that the walls , and moldings should be light colored.
