Too funny - I have one just like that in my woodworking shop. Only difference is the color. Mine is a hideous yellow.

I don't think I've ever seen a yellow one. I bought this in an antique shop but I bought it because my grandma had one, so it reminded me of her. It's pretty handy to have for us miniaturists :-)
