I bought another house, solely for the fact that it's front opening and it was very reasonable, it's more of a kids toy, the walls are shiny, coated with some film, the windows are plastic, but the curtain rods seem like real brass, and it think I can make it work, by resurfacing and such.

Of course, I have several houses in progress, but, I bought it anyway

You'll make it work... It looks pretty good sitting on one of the most beautiful sideboards I've ever seen.   It clearly belongs in your home!
