Homegrown Chandelier

This started life as a builder grade brass chandelier that we had taken down and confined to the shed. After getting a MacKenzie-Childs catalog in the mail, was wondering if I could paint this up in a fun way. The glass teardrops are the most recent addition--who knows what will be added next!
