Sunroom with balcony!

Can't get my arms around shabby chic, how about a piece of Vermont? Designing a sunroom extension with a balcony above it. The trellise and picket fence will still be on the left. Working on designs for the front porch, too. Not so keen on all the gingerbread.

Oh,I love this! I'm like you and Deborah-I think the Orchid looks great when modernized a bit without the gingerbead trim.What did you use for the clapboard siding? Edit: Whoops! I see the siding in the previous photo now-I went in the wrong direction.LOL
