Wow yes for $50 what a great find with all those extras, let alone free!

This looks a lot like my Country House that was manufactured by Model Homes in the late 1970s. However, my house didn't come with an extended porch gazebo or a bay window, and originally my attic did not have partitions. Also, my front door is on the side of the porch steps, and I have an extra front window.

I am wondering if your house is a variation of mine, before the porch addition. Regardless, I would take the sellers advice and enjoy!

Congratulations! Great find and at a great price (free is always a great price). Of course, even $50.00 would have been a great price for such a find with all that came with it.
