Basement pumpkins, twig stairs

Did you make a template for the floor first what with all those curves and indents and all? Are they popsicle sticks?

I took card stock, in pieces, and eyeballed, trimmed, eyeballed, trimmed, and taped the bits together as they slowly fit together. Then I glued the Popsicle sticks right to the card stock. For the ceilings, I then glued scrapbook paper onto the bottom, with a raised pattern on it. It's basically three layers. And then glued it to the "beams".
