On a personal note

My husband, best friend and biggest fan is retiring this Friday. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we met later in life, about 12 years ago. We've been married for six and a half years and both look forward to spending more time together. He's going to work on a new N scale model railroad, and I'm going to scratch build my next dollhouse. We share "the studio" and all it's tools, and work surfaces, and, gulp, storage. But, we also share an interest in miniatures, among other things. And, he's awesome with the miter saw!

What perfectly compatible interests. We do HO trains and miniatures at our house. It's super fun to think in both worlds. Expensive though ....
