While I was in Court yesterday one of the Sheriff's deputies approached me and asked if I would be willing to donate a dollhouse for the auction. The proceeds of this auction go to various charities and scholarships. I told him I would be happy to do that, but I do have to turn it in this morning. The house I would donate would be the brick Orchid that I built. I need to give a value for the Orchid, as well as a description. I'm not good at either of those things, LOL, so I am hoping that all of you could view my Orchid and help me attach a value and give me some thoughts concerning description? havanaholly Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 Linda, Tracy could probably help you more, since she sells so many of her houses. My suggestion would be to check out ebay to see what completed Orchids are selling for and add another 25% to yours because of the craftsmanship (IMHO).
