SM-700 Southern Mansion

I have a friend who has a Dura-Craft Southern Mansion kit never out of the box.  She would like for me to build it for her to be raffled off as a fund raiser for a non-profit. I’ve read conflicting descriptions about whether all the pieces are precut. I haven’t seen it myself, but she says it looks like windows and doorways are not. Before I commit to building it I’d like to know.  Can someone who’s built one verify whether or not there is cutting/sawing involved?

I built two different Dura-Craft kits and I recall building the windows on the SF555 and cutting the long frame pieces to size.  Measure twice (or more, if in doubt) and cut once.
