JenS Posted March 18, 2021 Share Posted March 18, 2021 Hello! I have a Greenleaf Beaumont dollhouse kit that has been in my garage for some years now. I can’t find much about it searching online. It is the old one - not the laser cut. Box is open but it has not been started and it looks to be complete. Just wondering if I sell it, what would be a fair price to ask? fov Posted March 18, 2021 Share Posted March 18, 2021 I don't know about the Beaumont specifically, but in general these old kits are worth whatever you can get someone to pay for them. We're not supposed to post specific prices in this forum, but I would suggest selling it for half the price of the laser cut version (or less). How well the box and the wood has held up over time will affect its value. Also keep in mind that Greenleaf doesn't support secondhand kits, so anyone who buys from you rather than buying the laser cut version from Greenleaf is taking a risk that should be reflected in your price. @BruceIrecently posted that he's looking for the instructions from this version of the Beaumont.
